McShane sketch/portrait

Trying to get back into drawing. I have a small/medium wacom tablet at home I bought back from 2004. It's not easy to draw on it but it serves it's purpose. Anyway, thought I'd start with an Ian McShane portrait. I roughed out the foundation and then spent the next hour putting in the details. I felt the drawing was really off and I wasn't happy with it so I imported the photo to help show me where I went wrong. Thankfully I only got some very minor details wrong, mouth and nose too small and hair on the left was far too short. I spent another 30 minutes making the corrections and this is the end result. It's still just okay and I hope to do better on my next drawing.
